Help mounting MX7000 speaker cover

I'm trying to install a metal speaker cover on a MX7000, but I can't figure out how this plastic piece that the cover screws to mounts to the frame.


Can someone help or post a pic of how it mounts??

Doing an photo search on line I found this.


Looks like I'm missing the actual mounting plate. :sadcry:

I'll see if I can get you a pic in the morning. I had to find the same replacement parts when I restored an mx7000 this past summer. Only took two separate orders to get it right because I didn't get all the correct hardware the first time. Hopefully we can point you in the right direction so you won't have the same problem I did. :thumbsup:

Yeah you need the whole aluminum plate on the right in that pic w/the small terminal block mounted to it.


There's the "full" plate for a bar w/o arrowstick & one with some material chopped off if you're using the arrowstick. I think I have both versions if you end up needing one.
