If I have a vehicle that is always hot, is there a wire that will turn the hhs2100 on only when the ignition is on.

Huh? What kind of vehicle are you referring too? What do you mean always hot?

no matter what vehicle you have there is always an accessory wire. there has to be, orelse things like your radio would stay on constantly. but anyways find that wire, it should be near the fuse block, you can just make your own circuit or tap into an existing one.

The HHS has a dip switch which allows you to have it set to always hot or to use the LCPA wire as mentioned. I believe it DS #4 but consult the wiring instructions to be sure. If the switch is off, it is set for contstant on. If the switch is on, then the box will not activate until power is applied to the LCPA wire.
