Morning all. I am not able to get the backlighting on my 3200 to come on. The buttons light up when I press them red. The backlighting wire is connect to an ignition power source. Anyone able to help?? TIA

Have you verified you’re getting 12v to the ignition source wire on the 3200? You said it’s hooked up to an ignition source, you didn’t mention you’ve verified that it’s working. That would be a good place to start.
Not familiar with the 3200 programming software, but it’s worth looking at secondarily once you’ve verified you’re getting 12v to the ignition sense wire.

Yea we checked that last night. I’m gonna do some more looking into the programming today but figured I’d see if anyone had some off the cuff ideas.
i Had the same issue. It’s a software issue with Whelen’s new command software. You need to reinstall the software should work then
