Goodmorning

I bought on Ebay this blue light. Usually use in Germany and in russia for government vehicles. DO you know how it works ? There is no cigar lighter plug.

Thank you for your answer.

Isn't it supposed to come with 2 mice and a wheel to generate the power needed to get it running?? Seriously looks like your missing the plug to go into the cigarette lighter to power it up, and I'm guessing the switch is on that missing plug. Unless I'm wrong.

Thank you for yours answers. On this site they don't talk about cigaret lighter, quite strange.

I don't speak German by the way but they don't show on their site cigaret plug.

I think what you have is a pigtail meant to go through the door or window, and that would plug into something installed inside the car, maybe a socket on the headliner that is wired to 12V. Looks like the kind of plug that is used in lots of low voltage power supplies. Shouldn't be hard to find a socket that mates with it, and you could run a wire from there to under the dash, to a suitable (fused) power source.
