The top "rotator" deck is actually the top retention device for the lights. The 500 series top tabs fit into slots in the deck. Several options are given, "V" corners and straight across. The two recessed areas would take a 400 series assembly or rotator. The brackets are positioned with a series of hooks and pegs and held in place with a foam double sided tape (and the top deck of course). Again the pegs give an option for either the "V" or straight option.
