i have an hytera x1p with HDC1200 activated. everything works fine besides for when a group call is sent out from a motorola radio using MDC1200. It wont alert me. anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hytera is not compatible with Motorola anymore after they lost the lawsuit from Motorola, haven't heard of a fix yet!
It does decode Group Calls, it doesn't decode Call Alerts (your specific ID being alerted). Hytera was forced to remove it after getting their butts sued off. So unfortunately, your extremely expensive radio is not fully compatible with the system you're using (and yes, I know which one).
