Need help getting to supervisor logon screen, I am Icop certified and our Tech guy is out of town for the month and left the supervisor password for me to fix any issues that arrive, but i can't figure out how to get to the supervisor logon. I watched him do it but i guess I didn't pay enough attention.
I get the user logon screen but its not accepting the supervisor password at that screen. and i remember when he put the password in it specifically said supervisor.
