Identify this Halogen Lightbar

Been watching a lot of "To Serve and Protect" (Canadian version of COPS) lately and keep seeing this lightbar show up on the Edmonton PD cars. I cannot seem to identify it. Almost looks like a TurboBeam but it has the black gaskets between the lenses. Help?

That is really super weird, as edmonton uses code 3 stuff. For that generation crown vic, they used excaliburs and lp6k. I must dig.

I Personally don't Val U ( it as a ) Bar, I think it was a poor man's idea of the advantage more lense then Bar!
