Grey ISP Taruses are out of the Toll district, they have Whelen Legacy's. Back in April, ISP had a lot of Caprices sitting, waiting to be up fitted. ISP said they did not have enough people to installed equipment. So the toll district gets new cars because of revenue from the toll ways, while the road dogs are still driving worn out Crown Vic's.

Down here in district 22 they are phasing in the caprices pretty quick. I think there are maybe 5 crown Vic's left and 3 of them are k9's. One trooper lucked out and got a Interceptor Utility.

The caprices are running liberty's and the slicktops are running whelen interior bars I believe. Utility is also unmarked but the rear lighting sucks on it. It has 2 r/b avengers I believe.
