Installing LED light on Crown Vic mirror - Advice?

Hey guys,

I ordered some lights from Tom (advanced warning lights) to put on the mirrors of my assigned FD car. He's got some awesome new modules and since I'm paying for them out of pocket, 29$ per module is beyond reasonable.

Anyhow - it's a 2000 Crown vic. I'm not putting any Whelen mirror beam housings on it, just going to mount the module to the mirror. Who has done this? Any tips or tricks would be helpful. I'm thinking it's pretty straight forward but if I have a better idea going into it, it'll just make it easier lol.

This is what I'm mounting on the mirror - http://advancedwarninglights.com/awl-superslim-4x1/

I just installed today two of these on the front bumper for intersection coverage - http://advancedwarninglights.com/awl-curve-4/

We've had 4 of his older style T-4 type lights on our rescue truck for the last I'd say 5 years and not a single issue with them. I'm still a Feniex lighting kinda guy, but Tom and his products have always been a really good option as well.

Thanks for any tips..
