Hello folks,
I am having some issues with a HHS 3200 unit that I installed a couple months ago. Sent off an email to Whelen, but wanted to paste it here and see if anyone might have some ideas about what maybe is going on.

Hello,
Looking to query your support team on the HHS 3200 unit. Have had this installed on a 2019 F1 50 for about 6 months.
One of the things that I have seen happen is randomly it won’t produce any tones from the speakers. Actually, nothing, not even the PA function will work.
At first I thought it was the horn ring, but even when I have tones assigned to buttons on the remote those don’t even work.
When this happens, it’s almost like the speaker start to make a sound and cuts out. But if I wait a few minutes to maybe an hour, all random, then it works perfectly fine. Doesn’t seem to make a difference in the weather conditions as in water getting into the connectors. When this happens it could be let’s say 10 minutes ago and then it will work fine for the next four weeks or more and then all of a sudden It will cut out again right when I need it.
Obviously wiring comes up is the biggest point, which I am going to be testing to make sure that the unit is actually starting and continuing to provide output to the speakers.
But I wanted to reach out and see if there are any quirks or known issues with 3200 unit, such as a programming glitch that might mimic this scenario.
I had a 2200 unit hooked up to the exact same wiring before installing the 3200, and I didn’t have any issues with this at all in terms of activating the speaker whether it siren tones airhorn or what not.
Thanks
