The site is still there but to my knowledge they do no longer make or sell anything.
The reason is most probably that no one buys this type of lights anymore and that the original manufacturer of the lamps, IPF, do not manufacture the lamps either.

That was a Unity spotlight. Not the Coplite....

I think they made a dual red/blue light and the blue may have had a flasher..

The Westinghouse 4416R was approved by CHP for WU4-1/2 so it could have been used as a primary warning lamp but the Unity hand held search light was not WH4-1/2 approved as it should have been if legal to use as a lamp holder.
So we can assume that this combination is a movie invention.

I was refering to the CHP regulation from the 70s over which lights and housings that where approved then.
