Maybe it's me but it looks to have aerohawk rotators. Maybe not exactly a aerodynic but in the same family.

Yeah that's my thought too.

Some look like they are made for filters to be attached.

the rotators are correct for that model of light bar.  my aerodynic 25RQL has the same style rotators.

Aerodynic lightbar models designated "ADL" have these independent style rotators. I will re-post a couple pics of my specials:
