We use to set up there, both inside and out doors.

Had a lot of fun seeing the Great Lakes crew.

We are planning on doing it again this year, but only inside this year.

Time has taken it's toll on my bones and standing "outside" all day is really "out" for them.

What's your company, good sir?

Our "company" is anyone standing or sitting with us.

They are good "company", most of the time.

Seriously, just a 'collector' for over 3 decades now.

A retired "L.E.O." & 1/2 unit , that enjoy Vintage Firefighting Apparatus and Older Cruisers alike.

Jackson, Mich. / Cleveland,Oh./ Columbus,Oh./ and San Bernadino, Calif., have been our favorite places to buy and sell and swap,

but it sure was difficult getting the ligtbars in the overhead compartents on the flight out to Calif..

To those who regularly go to this, do you often find collectables? Wondering whether it'd be worth the 4 to 5 hour drive...

We have found lots of dusty treasures in Jackson, in the past.

We have not been there for about 7 years now.

Ken Soderbeck, from that area, is a well respected restoration expert, and sometimes has a Friday evening tour of his facility.

He has plenty of really older items, dating back to the 20's and 30's if I recall.

The Saturday vendors also have a plethora of older items from the past, as well as some newer items.

Thanks for the response, but I was referring mainly to warning lights.
