Julian McDermott NYPD Hi-Riser for sale, located in the UK. Equipped with red/amber flashers and takedown lights. In fair/good cosmetic condition and everything worked when it was removed from a vehicle, including arms raising/lowering, however could probably do with a rewire at some point.
