I agree with Dan. $300 range as it is the less common Flashball that doesn't rotate. Great find and welcome to the site!

Lol yeah I am new to this. The guy who had it thought it was broke cause it doesn't rotate he was just gonna give it to me for free, told him 3 bucks and he was happy with that. It still blinks and wasnt meant to rotate anyway. Dont know if I'm actually going to use it or plop it on a shelf someplace

$300, as others have said, is around what they go for. They're extremely rare, especially in that condition. A $297 profit ain't bad!
