Smith County, TX has the desire, resources, and reputation to bring people like this killer to justice. With over 125 LEOs involved in the manhunt for Ogar's killer, including the Sheriff's Criminal Homicide Investigation Team, I expect nothing less than a maximum prosecution effort will be pursued to insure that justice will be served.
