Hello all! Another piece of the collector puzzle found (thanks to @Usmc69187 for pointing me to it).

This is the Lectric Lites Ranger III Strobe Bar, specifically model LL500. This was Lectric Lites attempt to improve the first generation Ranger (lego light). I must say, they did a good job doing so. Those who have seen a Ranger will recall its random and sporatic flash pattern, weak strobes, and ineffective halogen flashers. The Ranger III has a circuit board integrating the strobes and halogen flasher, keeping them perfectly in sync. The results are pretty awesome.

As seen in the photos, this is an oddly shaped bar. Not only the sweeping slope from the front to back, but the bar angles in versus being a rectangle, when seen from above. This particular bar came from the city of White Settlement, TX Police Department. I messaged them on their Facebook page to inquire about them having any photos of it in use and unfortunately they do not.

No joke- Earlier this week I was looking through the "other" section of catalog pics and saw the page for this bar. I almost pm'd you to ask if you'd ever seen on in real life. I guess I have my answer! Two cool pickups for you.

No no I think the ll4400 would-be the major collectible as it has no moving parts just flashing lights.... At least I didn't see anything in the description of it!
