LED dome light intensity - can it be changed

The white is good, but the red LEDs are a tad overwhelming at night. Is there a way to adjust this?

0.6 V drop per diode might be a cooler running option than resistors.

Try around a 21ohm 3w resistor. What type of leds are they? 5mm or surface mount?
