Liberty duo I/O board fault?

I have a recently purchased Liberty 1 bar with duo I/O board (red/blue and amber TA to the back).

Traffic advisor functions seem to work fine however the three modules on the driver side does not light up when in regular warning mode. I have tested the light heads indivudually and they work fine. Can I assume the I/O board is faulty? Is there a fix?

It is wecan. Only tried default patterns, have not done more specific programming as I am not really experienced with it.

It's quite simple. There are tutorial videos from Whelen. This is the first of many.

I suspect it is programmed for solo.

Thanks, but it is not. It is programmed with DUO traffic advisor and as I mentioned the passenger side works as expected however the driver side does not.
(BTW I am using Wecan 7 as Command does not seem to be working on my computer for some reason, maybe a licensing issue although I was under the impression that it is free to use.)

I also tried to switch the cable harnesses and ruled out the fault of that.
