Lightbar FAIL

Took me a second to realize BOTH domes were trying to fly away. I think the only thing saving them is the speaker center...

Those $1 ea. dome clips are a wise investment.

Anything on a wrecker, odds are its' going to get beat to hell & abused in all kinds of ways.

I've got a sixty-inch MX7000 frame out in the garage that was once installed on a Century roll-back. The mounting bracket on the side without the wiring harness broke and the way we noticed was when turning right the bar would pivot on the other end and hang off over the driver's side of the truck, still flashing away....The fix was a bungie cord wrapped around that side. So professional. I got the bar when the owner replaced the poor thing with an Edge 9m. There is a mega wear groove in the frame on that side where the bungie cord was...

Don't hate. I was driving down the road the other day and glanced out the back window and noticed something hanging off the truck so I get pulled over and my freaking lightbar is sitting sideways on the headache rack. What had happened is the right side bolt that holds the lightbar to the stud mount had broke. So anyhow out come the bungee cords. I get it back to the shop and fix that then the next day the mount its self breaks so here comes the bungee cord again. It's still up there waiting for a new mount.

What's that up in the sky?

It's a bird, it's a plane, no wait ... it's a beer and hot wing fart cloud from a buzzard!

Looks like a big cat sitting on a cloud. lol

It's the dome off the lightbar on the wrecker in front of him.
