I would install a tool box, add the mx to the top and install a rear arrowstick in the bar, put some 500 or 700 size leds on the tool box. maybe a pair of leds in the grille and corner strobes..

back rack with lightbar and tool box mount, tool box. keep it a little higher than the roofline and a drill free install. add a couple of grill lights and maybe a pair of lights of choice around the license plate and you should be in business. i know you have some stuff already but you could always sell/trade some of it.

I think you should get an amber minibar and some Vertexes and forget trying to whack out like a full squad of pumper trucks. You'll get laughed at a whole lot less. You're indicating a route is closed and your lighting is to supplement road closure equipment like cones and barricades, not be it.

Then get some and do it properly instead of trying to look like a hero with your five hundred lights. A set of traffic cones are a more effective barrier to traffic than a whacked out pickup. But, I suspect this has less to do with road closures and more to do with you trying to look like a hero. Whackers always have some rationalization for why they need to look like the Aurora Borealis, facts and reason not withstanding.
