Lone Wolf McQuade siren ideas?

My boys and I are trying to figure out a way to duplicate the "strobe" siren that is used on Lone Wolf McQuade's Ramcharger in the classic 80's movie. I have learned that the sound is not (obviously!) a true siren, but a strobe pack sound. His ride has a real siren on a speaker too, but that strobe sound is what we are trying to duplicate. Any genius light/siren guys have any ideas...definitely outside the box here!

Thanks, Kevin in MO

I always thought that would be a cool sound to have as an option on a siren. Powercall sirens have an option to play from a USB if you could come up with a sound file.
