Does anyone here know Paul Hinkle? User name Chief1562. I've been trying for months now to get a hold of him to no avail. I've even messaged some of his FB friends but never got a response. It is in regards to a transaction we are in the middle of. Im not taking this to transaction disputes because i'm not sure there is a dispute. It's unlikely. If anyone can offer any way to reach him, please let me know.
