I'm wanting to buy a pair of small and slim lights that I can use to put into the trunk window. Soundoff Signal Ghosts or Feniex Cobra's as an example. INTERIOR ONLY.

 New or used are fine, depending on hours used.

You looking for some with an internal flasher or are you looking to wire them to an external flasher? If you are going to use an external flasher take a look at Microman Industries bars. You can get two 8" red/red bars for around $150 new. They are bright as all get out and punch through tint like it's not even there.

I think there may be some confusion. A Microman bar/light can be mounted internally. Externally flashed means that there is not a flasher built into the bar, so you need a separate one to flash the lights. If your budget is $150, you can absolutely get two brand new lights from them, and even a sho-me 7-pattern LED flasher, for under $100 plus shipping. (2x 4" lights @ $31, sho-me flasher @ $22)
