A number of lightheads out there can accomplish this. Feniex fusions can, however that line has been discontinued in lieu of the quad line

All the big names have surface mounts that can accomplish this. I'd say go with mPowers like Dave said, they have a very small profile and are very bright. You could also go with Whelen T-Ion DUOs that have the same low profile look.
