Looking for Whelen 9404K info

So I have found a Whelen 9404K light bar on the local Craigslist listing really cheap.
I did a search on here and the Net and didn't come up with much. I "think" I found the Whelen install sheet but not 100% sure it's correct. I came up with this:

Looking for pics of a 9404K bar. Any info you may have on them or links to where I can get more info. What was standard? What options did you have to choose from? What power supply came with these?
Seller says the fuse keeps blowing for the strobes. Just looking to see if it's worth picking up and trying to fix.

Seller got back to me with some answers to questions I had asked.
4 strobes, 2 pairs of flashers to the front, 2 pairs of flashers to the rear. Also said there are wires in there for other options.
And he was told that it is an old MA PD bar, not sure if it was city or state.
Starting to sound like this could be the same bar that is being talked about in this thread:
