and for those of you who love the money shots $$$
G3
G1
(i couldnt do identical shots due to the g1s still being hardwired in the car.)
and now for the comparisons...
G3s on bottom g1s on top.
distance
off axis
(previous pix taken before it started getting cloudy around 5pm and behind 20% window tint)
G1 in car G3 out.
In the neighbors yard G3 (about 50 feet away)
G1 on top
Night Time Shots
(in the reflection you can see the g1's reflection off the windows divider..)
(My A/C unit about 7 feet away G3 out of car and it lights up the black trash can)
of axis about 10 feet away g1 on top g3 on bottom
standing 5 feet in front of the car 2 G3's on steady and you might see one of the G1's illuminated
behind tint
in my driveway pointed at my neighbor's house ( i just realized this pic is upside down you can see the light reflecting off the rim and reflectors of the truck.as well as lighing up their porch
g1 on top 2 g3's on bottom behind tint
1 on 1 same as above
this one didnt come out as i hoped and if your viewing this in the daytime you wont see the fact that the light is illuminating my other neighbor's house 50 feet away view in as dark as area as possible. (they have a living room wall thats all glass)
and finaly the "Im sold on these lights" picture.
2 tir 3's vs 1 g3 taken 20 feet away from the truck. it was after taking this pic i noticed that the lightead was illuminating the other neighbor's house in the pic right before this one.
Overall im impressed with these lights. they run about the same as a pair of name brand lights used but you get them new. Im not a pro photographer so my pics arent great etc... I noticed the lights did get very warm even being on for 10 solid minutes. With them flashing they shouldn't get as hot. now i need to wire these up to the flasher and get them in the car and then grab my GF's cell phone to do some vids.
more to follow as time allows...
