I've got a used, working Motorola +12v vehicle charger for the XTS series portables.  Includes the metal mounting bracket but not the elastic strap, sorry.

Works with the XTS 1500, 2500, 3000 & 5000 series portable radios.  Asking $40 shipped CONUS.
