Mounting pattern identification?

This might be a longshot, but i've been curious for so long. I have a 2005 P71 from the Sacremento County Sheriff's dept. that i purchased back in 2015. Theres a nice set of holes between the two sun visors where i'd assume a light was. Being this was a CA LE car, must be a steady burner, or a mix. Anybody know of a light with this mounting pattern?

I'd assume it could be a halogen light due to the pattern and looks of imprint. Any ideas?
