Well here's my old truck that was recently t-boned by an idiot. Anyway I'm not with EMS, PD, or FD but I work on busy roads, plow during winter and do alot of storm cleanup so I added some amber LEDs.

6x Whelen Strobe Tubes (4 in headlights, 2 in tail lights where reverse bulbs normally go)

2x Nova Slultras on backrack

1x Dual LED dash light

Here's how the truck was originaly.

Here's the newer backrack I just purchased over summer on my replacement 2003 dodge 2500. There are 2 nova slultras on it and am looking to add a mini amber led lightbar to it.

Its made by pro-tech, they have tons of options for them. Its 100% aluminum, a little pricey at $800 not including any lights BUT for my personal truck I wanted to be unique. The rack will last a lifetime.

looks good so the chevy was a total loss

no but insurance gave me a good check and I was offered a good amount as-is so I sold it. I owned it outright so I wasn't required to have it fixed.

I don't need any red....I had clear strobes in it.

It's not an emergency vehicle and more likely than not he isn't authorized to use those colors. I wouldn't.

Red in back and white in front emergency colors ?

In a lot of states red is heavily regulated, and generally white is too, not matter whether it is to the front or back.

If it's anything like PA you can get away with murder haha... Red in the back is no big deal, and white anywhere for anyone seems to be the going trend..
