My truck is a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 quad cab. Has the Cummins diesel in it as well with over 250k very reliable miles on it.

Warning equipment includes:

Whelen LFL 14 head (all read) with rear traffic advisor

Whelen dual talon (red/clear) on the dash

Four whelen LIN3's (all red) on the grille guard

Hideaway strobes in the headlights and reverse lights

Whelen 295hfsc9 dual tone siren (will be installed in a couple of weeks)

I've also equipped it with bls rescue equipment (including AED)

I have my personal turnouts & MSA scba and a set of irons in the back seat.

This is a video of the lin3 bar and dual talon ONLY. I'll try to get one of the whole truck lit up soon.

Sweetness, pure and simple. You have to make sure to get that dual tone siren in the next video!

I'll do my best. I rarely use any of my warning equipment. I live about an eighth of a mile from the station, so I usually just ease down there quietly in the truck. On some occasions when Im outside of town when we get a call, I will use it. I've had the dual tone siren installed since the middle of december.... Its been used twice since then!!!

Had a fellow firefighter with me last night responding to a medical call took this video for me. Gives you an idea of how the dual tone siren sounds.

Enjoy.

Nope, I dont care for the electronic mechanical tone, nor the powercall tone. If I do a mechanical tone, It will be a REAL Q.

On another note, I recently removed all of the lenses from the lightbar & cleaned & polished them. I first ran them through the dishwasher (including the endcaps & gaskets). Got one of the Mothers headlight lens polishing/restoration kits and shined them all up. Worked really well. Light output (after about 4 years of exposure) was considerably better after polishing.
