Hello fellow enthusiasts!
This time I have a project that has been in the works for a while, but finally got around to putting it all back together. It is a Federal Signal Aerodynic model 24EAH-T L.A.P.D. lightbar. I have had this one for a while, but decided I wanted to restore it like it should be. I COMPLETELY disassembled it and restored each piece as needed. I took one picture of it after it was taken apart, see it in the first picture. I powder coated the frame and plates and polished the mounting feet. I wanted to make the mounting feet shine, as most feet have these ugly welding marks from the alley light rod. I replaced most all of the hardware with new nuts and bolts. I also spray painted most all the plastic housings, as they were faded from the sun. The domes are brand new from Federal, I don't have the patience to restore domes, especially Aerodynic domes. Let me know what you think!
Thanks for looking and stay tuned!
