I picked up this little gem today, an Aerodynic 24EAH Lightbar. Was on a tow truck and isn't too beat down surprisingly. I don't know much about the FS bars. The Motor turns but the little plastic drive gear is toast. Any feedback would be appreaciated.

Very Informative video. I almost wonder if this particular bar was a police bar at one time and then put amber lenses. As a former tow truck operator I don't see the need for Alley or end flashers.
Made some headway today, needed a good scrubbing. 3 of the alley, flasher bulbs are the wrong type. Someone had this type of flasher in it. Boy is that thing heavy comes in at 8oz Not sure yet what flasher
I'm going to put in it yet. I have a FA3 Flasher laying around I might use. Wondering if I should replace the drive belt while I got it pulled apart.

Although yours bears a patent number apparently missing a digit, what you have there is a 1950s-era thermal flasher:

Ordered replacement belt 240XL025 for the timing gears. Bulbs are on order as well as motor drive gear. I found an interesting H1 bulb, not entirely sure thats what it is though. Cleaned all the old grease off in the parts washer, will regrease when I'm ready.

Moving right Along. Belt came today, cleaned and painted the upper brackets. Polished the bulk head mirrors. Timed gears to 420---024 Safe pattern, (might change it...) Still waiting for the bulbs and some other things. Runs smooth by hand, can't wait to get the new drive motor drive gear. (I reversed the feet brackets after seeing the photo.) LOL.

Thanks, @Stampeed Valkyrie, I went with Satin Black. One of the domes has a small crack, but I'm still going to use it, Ideally red and blues domes would be best, but I don't have the money lying around for that. And I agree with you that the model 25 is my favorite as well, someday I may find one close by.
I made good progress today, Polished the domes up the best I could. They have crazing and orange peel but they are usable. Wired up the front lights to be steady burn and wig wag for the rear. There is very little clearance at the contact strip. I'm also including a sneak peak of my next bar. (I'm Really Excited)!!
