No light controls on that one. Looks like a very rare version. There is a demo video of an 800 on YouTube. From what I remember it had a very fast yelp and the tones were somewhere between low and high pitch.
 
When I first joined the fire service, one of my FD's reserve squads was a 74 Braun Dodge type II with a Unitrol just like that. It had rocker switches mounted in the console around it to switch the batteries on and operate the scene lights & disable the B/U alarm..
