Need dimensions of Whelen recessed TIR3/LINZ6 grommet (RGROMMET)

Could someone be so kind as to provide length and width dimensions for the face of the Whelen TIR3/LINZ6 RGROMMET, pictured below? I'm trying to determine if it'll fit in a particular location. Thanks.

How does one go about cutting that out? Figured I would ask some professionals before attacking this project.

Take a hole saw bit, and drill each end, then take a jig saw with a metal blade, or a small die grinder or angle grinder and cut out whats left. Make sure though when you are drilling with the hole saw you remember the bit that actually cuts the circle out is wider than the starting bit. You don't want to put the starting bit on the actual line then drill start drilling away.
