need help with 2010 Dodge Charger option wiring

I have purchased a used police package 2010 Dodge Charger. The center console was removed and there are a couple wiring looms and a few loose wires.
Did this car have any factory options like tail light wig-wag or headlight wig-wag?
Can anyone tell me what some of the wires are for?

Those I believe are the expansion harnesses. It's been awhile since I've dug into my console. (I also own a 2010 charger ppv)

The big plug goes to the power distribution center located at the feet on the passenger side
