Need somebody to ID this console...

I got this console in a grab bag of parts a while back. At first I thought it was a contour fit Jotto for an Impala with a bench seat but now I'm not sure. Can anyone help?

its not a havis cause havis doesnt do pre drilled holes

Anyone? Not Havis so maybe jotto? Top faceplate is not removable. It's built in almost like for HVAC controls

I'm more interested in the light bar it's sitting on. Looks like a Twin Sonic.

To me based on the side profile it looks more like a Crown Vic console. I don't think I've ever seen an Impala one with a spot for the climate control. The side profile is very similar to the Jotto Desk's 425-6027 for Crown Vic's. How much space is there for faceplates? That might help determine it because I can't find a side picture but it similar but not exact to Jotto's 10" 425-6018 for Crown Vics's. I'd say it's some version of a Jotto console for Crown Vic.
