be careful....  ''thehookup'' --> http://elightbars.org/forums/user/16291-thehookup/%C2'> is a thief , i have sent him the amount of 170$  (Nov-18) with paypal as we aggreed for 2 pa300series sirens and

he didn't sent them...i sent him several emails and pm's to talk about this and he didn't like to repond clear, i asked him to refund my money back and he told me that he will refund only 30$ back....

Pay attention with him and i would like somebody here to help me with this...

Shipping overseas can take 30 days or more sometimes. It is a big holiday shipping season which will also  create delays.

File a dispute claim with PayPal

Only thing to do is charge back with paypal.keep the email from him suggesting $30.


As paypal says,he must provide a tracking number to have any credibility as far as claim that he sent items.


If he says he sent but can't prove proof of postage,you will automatically receive a full refund.


It's the only way.
