New lights from yesterday

I got these lights yesterday- first is a Unity RV26 w/red SpitFire dome (MSP light). The other is a 56" Code 3 XL9000 w/sealed beams, shot lenses & somewhat shot belts. I'm almost thinking of cutting the XL down & making 2 mini-bars out of it...

Both lights look nice, Mike! I've always liked mini XL bars with sealed beams.

I've got a mini XL with a red dome and dual halogen rotators that I would let go cheap.

I agree. You'll end up with 2 mongrels with bulbs that aren't oriented correctly.

I forgot about the offset inboard rotators. XL frames seem to be plentiful though; I think I have 3 or 4.

how hard is it to change a offset rotator ? I have a mini that someone cut down , and the flash pattern looks wierd

Somehow, put 3 bulbs in the inboard rotators. That will be nice!

I had one of the offsets off yesterday; remove the belt, pull the pin, & the whole assembly lifts off

Mike, I should still have a pair of outboard and inboard of those if you need them.
