From what I can tell yes. But it does not look like they had to cut much.

I dig it. The looks of that pavement reminds me, I'd like to see how that aluminum bodywork holds up with road salt.Psp's new traffic reconstruction vehicles. They ordered 35 of these. They are know as The Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Specialist (CARS).
When done right, they can look pretty classy. ...
Oh come on, that's just extra padding to reduce the force of a rear impact. It's basically bubble wrap.Like without an air bubble in the middle?
I'd assume this is the reason they haven't updated their equipment in so long, it most likely is an expensive testing process they go through to ensure officer safety and they can't be buying any new stuff unless they test it, so they only do it every so often. Its surprising to me to read how everyone says PSP is behind the times yet they make it a point to do this. I am impressed they are this concerned with their officer's safety....very impressed. You don't read about departments smashing up brand new cars just to keep their people safe.
Yeah, what ever happened to marking stuff as "state police"?Not a fan of TROOPER, but love the graphics and color! They look pretty badass on the new explorers!
