they're not dual color LEDs like the axixtech chameleons; the whelen duo libby modules are just red LEDs interweaved with amber LEDs (aka 1/2 the modules = red and 1/2 the modules = amber)
The Axixtech Duel colour Lightheads. Use LED's that can produce two colours, They don't use 2 separate leds for each colour.
The above lightbar is the Whelen Liberty 2010 which uses modules that contain 12 LED's. 6 in say Red and the Other 6 are blue. I think the corners have 24 LED's. So that probably why the whole lightbar cost's over 3000.
I was told a while ago that Tomar no longer makes the blade. I don't know if this is true tho.
For a true colour changing bar I say go for the Torrent unless you have quite a lot of cash then I would go for the new Fedsig V bar which i can't remember the name of.

Responder® LP Duo™ Series Lightbars, Polycarbonate Base, with Clear Outer Dome.
RDLPPAB NEW Six DUO Amber/Blue Super-LED® Modules, Permanent Mount $1049.00
Looks like the Responder LED is also getting the DUO effect according to the 2011 price list. Looks like around $629 street price. Not sure if they're going to do other colors besides the listed B/A. I'm sure you could get the others thru special order.
Just saw (according to the sales rep) the one and only code3 dual color lightbar in the country at the MEGA show this afternoon. Its going to be pricey but very nicely done. Much better looking than the liberty.
Was this the Defender or the RX 2700CC? I'm understanding that Code 3 is going to offer both lightbars with dual-color technology for sale this quarter.
A dual-color Responder makes a lot of sense for guys who are firefighters and who plow. The price will definitely affect the sales, though- you could buy two Responders from HPD and still have a little money left over.
