Sound Off nforce Interior won’t program white but is tri colored. Any suggestions?

I have nforce interior light bar and when I try to program it to white and blue it turns it red and blue no matter what. Even if I put it as just white

What SoundOff program are you using and what is the model number on your breakout box? I ran in to an issue with mine and found that I needed to use SoundOff Central instead of SoundOff Lightbar.

If you can't troubleshoot it, I found SoundOff's email tech support to be EXTREMELY helpful.
