NIB Whelen edge 9428 Lexington-Fayette KY police

Scored this nib edge bar recently. Manufactured 1-02. Bar has 8 strobe, alleys and takedowns. Property tag says Owner was Lexington-Fayette urban city government. Just thought i'd share this because i don't often find nib stuff.

IIRC, starting in 1992 Lexington first spec'd a 9308 with the LEX flash matrix - which was unique because you could flash the rear inboards only. I assume the 9428 was a newer model. They have been a Whelen agency for many years, and always have great equipment.
