He had the remaining mini light bar shell, blue, we agreed upon a price of $15 total to cover the shipping.
Feb. 21 I sent payment via paypal.
Feb. 22 he sent message back saying it would ship "tomorrow"
March 1 & 2 I sent messages asking for a tracking number. No response since via IM.
March 3 I emailed him at his PayPal email, said work was busy and it would go out "tomorrow"
March 10 & 11, I filed a PayPal dispute and sent a message to him on there stating to either send the shell or just refund my money, didn't matter either way...with no response since. It's been 20 days now.
I've received multiple things from other members here since then with no problem. I see he's been a active today. This shouldn't have to be this difficult.
