This is a very simple item ... a soft, ABS-like black plastic flattened-cone-like thing that fits a DeckBlaster light on the small end, and can be cut to match the profile of a windshield or the like for flashback protection. See images.
I've never seen one used; maybe someone needs this to perfect their vehicle restore or something?
