Interesting CL score again... Seller stated it was NIB and the box just deteriorated a few years back and the light stayed on the shelf and was never used.

Appears to be NOS to me... dome is NOS, and all I needed to do was give it a wipe down to get rid of accumulated dust/pollen. I would need to hook up wiring to the terminals to power up and test.. might do that this weekend and get a video. This should go well next to my MD State police CJ-284.

I added a video.. located a replacement base gasket and wired a lead to the light..

The video really shows it's a thing of beauty ! Great flash rate too looks like about 100 fpm !
