I had the opportunity to be airside yesterday with our airport firies and got a few decent photos. The lighting is pretty obscure but it mostly appeared to be TIR3 modules flush mounted on the front/back/sides with a few other random pieces on some trucks.

Nice shot of the colored NSW Police highway patrol cars. Any plans to get rid of the MX7000 and go all led. I think the cars could use some more lighting for safety like rear deck LEDs.

Funny you should say that Vol, they are phasing out the MX in favour of the Code 3 Defender, which I'm elated about. Sad thing though, is that the powers that be believe that the lightbar, and two TIR3 LEDs on the pushbar are sufficient warning. I have a lot of thoughts about it all, but I'm just a low rung on the totem pole ;)
