That was a waste of time. Who was the office jockey that thought that would work. I say let them go and one will get hit and they calm down or block the street entirely and cause so much of a traffic jam that they can't ride at all.

The obvious point being made by the city is that eco-friendly modes of transportation are too dangerous and therefore must be controlled by the government, much like large beverages...

Arrest or cite for pedestrian interfering with vehicular traffic. That's the only way to curb that behavior.
