Old Equipment Mount. Has four "slots". Three with equipment holders. I believe this is a Galls.

Stalker ATR Radar. Works, looks like it was last serviced in 2013. Was able to clock some cars with it. Wires in via Cig Plug. Also have the bracket holder for dash mount and looks like tuning fork as well. Maybe the remote, I'm still looking.
